The apartment is located just right on Isla Verde Beach, near restaurants and Super Max Supermarket. You can enjoy the breeze of the Caribbean and a nice ocean view from the apartment.
Our studio has a new Plasma TV with cable-TV, air conditioning, a walking closet, a full bathroom and is beautifully decorated. If you want to spend time in Puerto Rico and save money, we are the few that offers a place on the beach at an affordable rate without compromising comfort and security. You can even take a bus in front of the condo and visit Old San Juan, Piñones, Plaza Carolina Mall and more.
